Bryan  and Samuel Sanchez met at their previous firm over 10 years prior. They rose up the ranks as attorneys together at their previous firm and handled many cases and clients together, including bench trial work, jury trial work and contested litigation work. Bryan and Sam also helped to establish and maintain offices at their previous firm in Fort Worth and Dallas, Houston, and The Woodlands. Nida collaborated with Bryan and Sam in the construction and maintenance of offices in their Houston and The Woodlands prior firm.

They came to the conclusion that they had the same vision of the law practice. Because they believed the client-lawyer relationship was most important, they felt that a smaller firm could provide better service. They felt they could better serve clients and the community if they expanded their practice areas.
