Bryan and Samuel Sanchez met over a decade ago at their previous firm, where they advanced together as attorneys, handling a wide range of cases, including bench trials, jury trials, and contested litigation. Together, they played a key role in establishing and managing offices in Fort Worth, Dallas, Houston, and The Woodlands. Nida worked on developing and maintaining the Houston and The Woodlands offices.

Recognizing their shared vision for legal practice, they believed that prioritizing the client-lawyer relationship was essential. They felt a smaller firm would allow them to provide more personalized service and better serve both their clients and the community by expanding their practice areas.
