Nida Wood represented me in complex post-divorce child support and property division litigation. She did a great job reducing a lot of noise and harassment from the other side to a manageable case. Despite our multiple attempts to settle reasonably, the opposing side insisted on pursuing the case through a bench trial. Nida was thoroughly prepared and ably defended my rights at trial and in pre-trial. Her knowledge of Texas family law and evidentiary rules allowed her to disqualify a great deal of the opposing side's witnesses and evidence and forced the court to focus on the legitimate issues.
