A couple years ago I had the need for a divorce attorney and after some due diligence I decided to use Bryan Abercrombie with Abercrombie Sanchez & Wood Law. Bryan and his team were very thorough in making sure that I was informed throughout my entire case. From filing the initial documents, having my ex-husband served, going over my divorce decree in detail, ensuring that I did not have to go through mediation and was clear & concise when we went before the judge to finalize my divorce. Now being a single mom with 4 boys he and his firm are helping me with my Living Will so I can be sure if something were to happen to me that my children will be taken care of. I couldn't be happier with the continued service Bryan and his staff provide for me from spur of the moment questions whether it be by phone or email. Nida represented me in a child custody case. This case was already a year old and it felt like it was going nowhere when the case changed states and she took over. Nida Wood represented me in complex post-divorce child support and property division litigation.  She did a great job reducing a lot of noise and harassment from the other side to a manageable case.  Despite our multiple attempts to settle reasonably, the opposing side insisted on pursuing the case through a bench trial.  Nida was thoroughly prepared and ably defended my rights at trial and in pre-trial.  Her knowledge of Texas family law and evidentiary rules allowed her to disqualify a great deal of the opposing side's witnesses and evidence and forced the court to focus on the legitimate issues.  The court ruled in my favor in every material issue at trial.  Nida's expertise and persistence was critical in obtaining a favorable verdict in this very challenging case.
